In this section we will examine several materials making up the HP because each material has a different fucntion to maintain sound quality.
Housing material:
To get a good quality we must take into account the following criteria: high rigidity, good homogeneity, perfect seal, stability over time, low temperature coefficient. The metal chosen by our product meets these criteria because it has a high rigidity and a tight seal when the investment because it can be perforated. Similarly, it maintains the stability over time and low temperature coefficient because the metal can suffer many changes in the environment.
Cone material:
The treated paper is composed of some synthetic materials such as melamine, polyethylene, paraffin, isoparaffin, microcrystalline silicon ...
The mixture of these materials produce a thin membrane very resistent and it have a good sound reproduction..Magnet material:
These magnets are made primarily of aluminum (Al), nickel (Ni) and cobalt (Co), from which it derives its name. They have the property of being easily magnetized and generate very large magnetic fields which can vary their direction effectively.
This time we present to you the finished project with the placement of the HP on the enclosure. We used the Acrylic because of its rigidity and low price. In addition, we added two nails perpendicular to the HP to fix better the cabinet and reduce the vibration.
